There are a number of ways you can buy with us if you can’t attend the saleroom in person… Most of our auctions will feature on either EasyLiveAuctions & The-Saleroom, you can bid online with ease. You must register for the sale on the platform of your choice.
Alternatively you can bid with us on the telephone. You must be registered for a call back before the auction begins, and we’ll call you back (all being well) before your lot is due for sale.
We also welcome you for the day of the sale in person. We operate from a Secure Warehouse facility, and there is ample parking. The facility is split over 2 floors, and there is a staircase. We are located between Andover, Marlborough and Winchester in Weyhill, just off the A303.
Catalogues are uploaded to this website, as well as to the auction venue websites. We are able to print a paper copy of the catalogue on the day of the sale also.
For directions, or help with any issues simply contact us. We aim to make the process as simple as possible. We charge 20 – 25% depending on the auction type, and there are often further fees when bidding online. These fees will be charged in addition to our standard commission as they are payable to the platforms hosting our online sale.
We are happy to wrap and pack items for shipping, and canarrange specialist shipping where required. We also use most major postal courier services. Some items are uninsurable even if insurance is paid for. Courier collections can be made by appointment if you have a shipper of your preference. Just let us know after the auction when they plan to arrive, so that we can be sure someone is available to accommodate them.
Payments are to be made when invoices are sent to you, often by bank transfer. We also accept card payments on collection. We do not accept any kind of card payment by telephone.
